Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential and must not share their login credentials with any third party. All activity that occurs under a user's account is the user's own responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by the user or by an unauthorised party who gained access. Any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on an account must be reported to the 3utools support team immediately through the available channels. 3utools will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
Users of the 3utools platform are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia when using the services provided. The platform must not be used for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any other criminal activity. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all funds used for deposits come from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of illegal activity. Users suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity or collusion to manipulate game outcomes will be subject to immediate action, including account freezing and reporting to the relevant authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 3utools shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses arising from service disruptions, technical errors, cyberattacks, or any events beyond the platform's control. In all circumstances, 3utools's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

3utools reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if the user is found to have breached any provision of these terms and conditions. In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, 3utools reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account as damages, particularly where the breach has caused losses to the platform or other users. Any winnings obtained through means that violate these terms may also be voided and will not be paid out to the user in question.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 3utools support team and submitting a formal account closure request. Before the closure is processed, users are required to complete any pending transactions and withdraw any eligible balance in their account in accordance with the prescribed withdrawal procedure. 3utools will process account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe once all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding issues with the account. User records and data will be retained by 3utools for the period required under Malaysian law, even after the account has been closed.
All content on the 3utools platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface designs, graphics, text, software, databases, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of 3utools and is protected by intellectual property laws applicable in Malaysia and internationally. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, republish, display, transfer, or exploit any platform content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from 3utools. Any unauthorised use of 3utools brand names or trademarks constitutes a breach of intellectual property law and may result in legal action. Users are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of the 3utools platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if that fails, the dispute shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any disputes relating to the use of this platform. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
